The Classic Canción Margarita

1.5 oz Canción Blanco
.5 oz Triple Sec or Grand Marnier or orange juice
3 oz Sweet & Sour or Limeade or fresh lime juice
1 oz Pineapple juice
Garnish with a lime wedge

Salt rim of glass if desired, fill with ice. Add tequila and triple sec (orange profile and it adds some sweet). Then add your sweet and sour (this is the body of the cocktail and should be more sour than sweet as great margaritas are meant to be a balance between sweet and sour and not only sweet). Add the pineapple juice and stir, then garnish. For a dryer margarita substitute seltzer or club soda for the pineapple and half of the sweet and sour. Add garnish and enjoy!

Lyrical Lemonberry Mint Margarita

This recipe is for a batch made with a full bottle of our tequila.

1 bottle of Canción Blanco
1 can of frozen lemonade
32 oz water
32 oz seltzer or club soda
12 oz Raspberry Lemonade juice
Fresh Mint

Muddle 5-6 sprigs of mint in the bottom of a large pitcher. Make the lemonade with the still water and the seltzer or club soda. Add the bottle of tequila. Add the Raspberry Lemonade juice last as this is the sweet to your sour balance of the lemonade base so if you want it less sweet, just add less. Stir. Fill glasses with ice then the pour the drinks and garnish with a mint leaf or two. This is so refreshing in the summertime! Enjoy!!
